The estate is situated in a quiet position approx. 7 km south of the town of Rojales and offers very nice views over the surroundings and the nearby saltlake. The distance to the sea is about 8 km. The most important shopping facilities will be found at a distance of approx. 2 km in the urbanizations Doña Pepa or Ciudad Quesada or in the small village Los Montesinos, all other services are to be found in Rojales or Torrevieja.
