Furnishings:

Bathrooms have a wall-mounted wooden unit with either single or double washbasins, a shower with flush-to-floor shower tray and recessed taps. A large format ceramic tile has been selected for all rooms throughout the homes and the same tile in its non-slip version continues on the terraces. The homes will have an air-to-air heat pump air conditioning system via ducts and grilles with split units concealed in the false ceiling. An air source heat pump produces the domestic hot water. An outdoor parking space and a storage room are included with each home.
Location:
The picturesque, traditional village of Ses Salines is located on the south coast of the island of Mallorca, flanked by long beaches with beautiful white sands and crystalline waters such as Platja Es Carbó, Es Caragol, Es Trenc, Ses Covetes and Sa Rapita. Gazing out from these beaches you can see the Island of Cabrera, declared a Maritime-Terrestrial National Park in 1991, which is one of the most surprising and spectacular enclaves to be found in the Mediterranean. This coastal area has been declared of special interest for tourism due to its stunning natural scenery and covers an area of over 1,500 hectares. This impressive coastline provides residents and visitors with the chance to enjoy the typical coastal scenery of the Mediterranean, with exquisite restaurants, traditional shops selling goods made by local artisans, the town of Colonia de Sant Jordi, and the Sa Rápita sailing club. Within the municipality of Ses Salines, we will also find the Sa Vall estate with over 3,000 hectares bordering the town centre and the beaches of Es Caragol and Es Carbó. The lighthouse at Cap Salines is a unique place from where we can admire the views of the majestic Mediterranean Sea and its clear turquoise waters.

Ses Salines is located less than 50 kilometres from the airport in Palma de Mallorca which has daily flights from most major cities in Europe. Once you arrive in Mallorca, you could be enjoying your Mediterranean home in around 30 minutes. In this idyllic location, you can sample the local cuisine, wines and culture, with a wide variety of restaurants offering traditional local dishes and international cuisine, renowned wine cellars and plenty of local shops for your daily requirements. If you like a sea view, there is a fantastic choice of restaurants along the sea front in Colonia de Sant Jordi, just 5 kilometres from your home. You can also enjoy a pleasant walk along the beach at Es Trenc to Sa Rápita or from Es Carbó to the lighthouse at Cap Salines. We highly recommend the magical sunsets over the Mediterranean Sea. Colonia de Sant Jordi also provides you with endless opportunities to indulge in your favourite water sports. Here you’ll find a sailing school, windsurf, kitesurf… You could also enjoy a fantastic excursion to the Island of Cabrera or sail around the coastline and admire its stunning beaches from your own boat. Alternatively, you have excellent golf courses nearby, and in around 30 minutes you can get to the golf courses at Vall D’Or, Maioris or Son Antem. Ses Salines is also the perfect location for cyclists, with the south coast being the ideal starting point for many stunning cycle-tourism routes around the island of Mallorca, a favourite destination for lovers of this sport.
