Herewith we offer you one of the few, still original renovated Fincas (approx. 160 years old). It lies in a peculiar landscape between mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. To preserve the old building essence and the character of the finca, the original windows, doors and gates were partly restored or replaced by the same old ones from an antique trade shop. Also the roof was partly renewed and rebuilt using the old bricks. The 40cm thick outer walls offer a welcome cooling down inside the house during the hot summer months. Many original parts from that time are still available, such as floor tiles, wooden doors over 3 meters high, kitchen showcases, etc.…

The original patio (at that time it was used for keeping animals) has been converted into a very inviting inner courtyard with Arabic tiles. In the massive exterior wall of the patio an old functional oven (original) is walled in. The Finca is located in the middle of orange plantations and has therefore orange trees, almond, apricot, olive and fig trees. Especially during the flowering season a wonderful scent of fresh oranges (Azahar blossom) etc. covers the whole area. The park-like garden, which has a complete irrigation system, is designed for year-round flowering and is planted with many Mediterranean plants. The finca has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large living room with open fireplace, open kitchen connected to the large dining room and direct access to patio. The finca also offers various areas to relax. In the entrance area you can relax on the large terrace overlooking the garden. On the large terrace in the swimming pool area you can enjoy the sunset and in the master bedroom the small terrace offers an uninterrupted view of the Mondúber mountain range and the surrounding plantations.
